I just wanted to take a moment to commend Brian for his  professionalism and courteousness.  He surveyed the electrical  situation I described and was very helpful and honest in the suggestions he offered.  I just moved here from Chicago and have had many experiences with different contractors and people in the service industry and Brian has been the best so far.  Dierdre (sp?) has also been great!  She rescheduled my appointment this morning and was very pleasant and accommodating.  

I will be looking forward to calling you next week to set up an appointment to have Brian (hopefully it will be him!) take care of our under cabinet lighting install and perhaps have some new lighting fixtures installed then as well.  It’s not very often that a company is honest and straightforward in their pricing, either. It’s great that you guys give estimates before doing a job.  I just paid some drywall contractors for an hour of watching them as they both repeatedly shocked themselves on several outlets, insisting that something was “weird” with the electrical wiring. It turned out that nothing really was “weird” after all and I really appreciate Brian (and your company’s) honesty!  Brian also assured me that the outside wiring behind our house was fine and up to code.

My roommate and I will recommend Cardinal Electric without hesitation to any others who need electrical work done.  I look forward to working with you in the very near future! I will be in touch with you next week.
